Teens/Jovenes

Vida y Libertad is dedicated to offering teenagers a fresh and empowering perspective. In our program, young people participate in their own meetings, where they focus on developing emotional awareness and learning how to manage their feelings in healthy, constructive ways. They are assigned various topics to explore, reflect upon, and discuss with their peers. Each teen is also paired with an adult sponsor who guides them through the 12 Steps, offering mentorship and personal support. Beyond emotional growth, we provide opportunities for meditation, physical activity, and community service—helping teens cultivate a balanced, meaningful, and connected life.

Vida y Libertad tiene el firmo propósito de sembrar un futuro diferente para los jóvenes. En nuestra agrupación los jóvenes tienen sus propias reuniones, enfocándose en cómo gestionar efectivamente sus emociones. Se les asigna una variedad de temáticas los cuales ellos elaboran, aprenden y comparten a sus mismos compañeros. Se les asigna un adulto (Madrina/Padrino) con el cual trabajan los 12 pasos. Además, se les provee meditación, actividad física y oportunidad de servir en la comunidad.

The children’s program at Vida y Libertad is designed to protect, support, and empower children to reach their full potential by nurturing confidence and self-esteem. It offers a safe space where children learn to value themselves and others, with a strong focus on developing positive behavior.

Our program is rooted in the core values of Service, Unity, and Respect—pillars that help foster healthy self-esteem. Through creative play and hands-on activities, we encourage critical thinking and spark curiosity in each child.

We also emphasize the vital commitment and involvement of parents, whose active participation ensures that these values are reinforced in daily life, both at home and within the community.

“Sin orden, No hay progreso”
El programa de niños que ofrece el grupo Vida y Libertad tiene como finalidad proteger y ayudar a los niños a encontrar sus fortalezas mediante el desarrollo de su propia confianza. Es un programa, donde los niños pueden valorarse a sí mismos y a los demás a través de los valores tiendo en cuenta siempre la implementación del comportamiento positivo.
Se trabaja los tres pilares SERVICIO, UNIDAD, y RESPETO; pilares que contribuyen a desarrollar la autoestima, para lo cual, se hace uso del juego creativo y actividades manuales que despiertan el pensamiento crítico y el interés del niño.
Por último es importante destacar, el COMPROMISO y el rol de los Padres para que estos pilares se lleven a la práctica en la vida de sus hijos.
